Gibraltar - Potential?

Gibraltar's history has encompassed phases including seige and isolation; strategic importance and civilian neglect; historic, post-war and military buildings in various states of disrepair - and, as illustrated elsewhere here, some significant recent investment in contemporary buildings and development schemes.
